Olympics: London 1948, an official torch, aluminium alloy, cut-out rings over London Olympiad legend at top. This torch has been converted to a lamp by the minor adaptations of the addition of a stand to the base and inclusion of a fitting in the original burner area but could easily be restored to original condition (gd) (1)
