Auction Item Estimates
In some instances we will show items with an estimated guide price to provide you with what we believe is a fair market valuation. However, the estimated price should only be used as a guide and on the day of the auction many items can realise prices that are above or below our estimate. Please note that any estimates do not include VAT or the buyer’s premium which is added after the final price has been established.
Collins & Paterson Buyers Premium and VAT
It is important to remember that the price the auctioneer declares as the final price (also known as the hammer price), is subject to a buyer’s premium of 20% including VAT. So we advise that when deciding on how much you are prepared to purchase an item for, that you remember to add on these two additional charges.
