An Attractive Group of Antique and Vintage Tie Pins, Three Brooches and a Pair of Stud Buttons. Two
of the brooches are stamped 9Ct gold, one in the form of a small wire oval with central blue stone, two tiny pearls to either side and a chamfered bar running horizontally from the central oval. The second stamped Birmingham 1916 and ''S B'' in the form of a horizontal bar with a circle to each end and a larger crimped edge to the centre of the bar. The front of the piece is decorated with a variety of shapes, the central circle has a raised platform area with a central paste stone visible. The third brooch is unmarked but shows a rectangular piece of richly coloured and reflective opal set at an obtuse angle against the two horizontal gold coloured bars making up the remainder of the piece. The stud buttons are gold coloured to the rear with faux mother of pearl faces. One tie pin in its original oval box in the form of a stamped 9Ct gold stick with curved handle top and attached pearl. One tie pin in the form of a gold coloured stem leading to an oval cameo in the form of a young girl shown in portrait. The other two tie pins both in a similar design show a stem leading to a mounted stone, the larger of the two shows a smoky quartz type stone, the other a paste stone in a rose cut. Also present is an Easterbrook pump action fountain pen with screw lid, in a wooden reflective finish (A/F).
