Lot 2 A late Victorian oak and brass mounted twin handled smoker's compendium with counter lever action drawer and hinged lid enclosing sectioned interior, width 31.5cm, and a three section stationery rack, height 27cm, also a bronze mounted mushroom decorated blotter and an early 20th century mahogany cased drawing instrument set.
Lot 3 An early 20th century oak and inlaid smoker's compendium, with cupboard door beneath hinged lid, shaped and fitted interior and base drawer, bearing hallmarked silver presentation to Mr S Starkie, dated 1926, width 30cm.

Lot 30 A George III oak, mahogany and inlaid candle box of tapering form, length 51cm. Hinges are later and crudely applied, losses in several places, base is split, surface wear and scratches commensurate with age.
