Postage & Packing
We are able to offer our own collection and delivery service, using our own staff and vehicles.
Charges for this service are always agreed prior to the collection or delivery, and are based on the items and the location.

COLLECTION & STORAGE
All items must be paid for by 5pm on the Monday following the sale, and collected within five working days after the sale i.e. Friday of the following week. Storage charges will apply after this time.
At the fall of the hammer the lot becomes the responsibility of the purchaser, Willingham Auctions cannot accept any responsibility for the item.
Willingham Auctions offers a delivery service at modest cost, using our own staff and vehicles.
We offer a packaging and postage service via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or Parcel Force, for smaller items. This service is offered entirely at the purchasers own risk, if items are damaged or lost the purchasers should contact Royal Mail for a claim form.
As we are unable to pack and post all items (pictures, toys, delicate ceramics etc.) we recommend the following couriers:
