Live Bidding
Your customers can place bids in real time as the sale happens. Via their computer, smartphone or tablet device, live participants can take part in the sale remotely without any detectable delay.
This clever tool bids live for the customer while they are away from their screen, ensuring maximum sale participation. Autobids can be placed before or during the sale for complete customer convenience.
Absentee Bidding
Traditional commission bids can be placed on your catalogue at any time from the moment it is uploaded to an hour before the sale begins. A simplistic bidding form allows registered members to place bids on your catalogue listing, the details of which are recorded on our system and emailed directly to you - along with all of their contact details.
Auctioneers Admin Area
Auctioneers are given full admin access of their own area to keep track of each sale. Using the tools available, lots can be added, edited, removed or withdrawn, and additional images can be uploaded.

A full bid history can be found here, and to ensure all bids are recorded accurately we recommend auctioneers log-in to their admin area before each sale begins to verify that all bids are present and correct. Adding to your safe-senders list will also ensure none of the bid emails end up as junk.
Printable Catalogues
Each sale featured on our site also has a PDF version which can be downloaded and printed off either with or without images. This enables your bidders to print off the entire catalogue, or selected lots from it before attending your sale.
My Agent Alerts
Members can create tailored alerts for the lots they are looking for. Each day 'My Agent' sweeps the site for the lots they are looking for, and results in over 10,000 emails being sent out to notify members that such items have been found. Via this service, your lots will land in the inboxes of 1000's of collectors, with an image, description and clickable links to encourage immediate action.
Auction Alerts
Twice a week, we compile a forthcoming sale email to send out to our extensive subscriber list. Each email features top lots from a choice of sales across the site, our latest blog post, a recent hammer price and a 'quick search' for items trending that day. Through engaging our subscribers we guarantee high click-through-rates and increased traffic to your sale catalogues.

Uploading a Sale
There are numerous ways of sending your files over to us including FTP, but one of the simplest ways is via

Getting Started
To set you up as a UKauctioneers saleroom we just need a few things from you such as; a high res logo, company description, terms and conditions of sale and postage and packing policy. Using the details provided we'll create your very own auction house page where your catalogues will be displayed, and bidders can go to contact you for valuation requests or condition reports as well as place bids on your sales.
